اقتصر الكاتب في هذا الكتاب على القول الراجح والصحيح من المذهب وقدم فيه قول الإمام أبي حنيفة رحمه الله دائما في جميع المسائل إلا ما كانت الفتوى على خلاف قوله كأن تكون الفتوى على قول الإمامين أبي يوسف ومحمد أو واحد منهما فذكر قول الإمام أبي حنيفة وبين في الحاشية القول المفتى به في المذهب بأسلوب سهل يسير تيسيرا لطلبة العلم دون ذكر أي خلاف في المذهب وقد اعتمد فيه على توثيق مصادر المذهب الحنفي وأصح كتبه التي بها القضاء والفتيا. ولقد توسط الكاتب في هذا الكتاب بين الإطالة والاختصار وأوما إلى أدلة مسائله مع الاقتصار وعزا أحاديثه إلى كتب أئمة الأمصار واعتمد في تصحيح وتضعيف الأحاديث على قول الشيخ العلامة محمد ناصر الدين الألباني رحمه الله ليكون الكتاب كافيا في فنه عما سواه مقنعا لقارئه بما حواه وافيا بالغرض من غير تطويل جامعا بين بيان الحكم والدليل قدر المستطاع
