Free Returns for 30 Days

We accept returns of unopened/unused items within 30 days of delivery. Faulty, damaged or unusable items on delivery will be fully refunded and we will be responsible for all the postage costs in the process. If the return request was not due to a fault on our behalf, then we may only refund the product(s) costs excluding the shipping costs. If you need to return an item, please contact us with your details and order number.

We will not release your Personal Information to any company outside of Dar Makkah for mailing or marketing purposes.

We do not collect payment details and we do not have the access to do so, as all credit/debit card transactions are processed through Stripe’s payment gateway.
