Returns
We accept returns of unopened items within 30 days of delivery. Faulty, damaged or unusable items will be fully refunded and we will be responsible for all the postage costs in the process. If the return request was not due to a fault on our behalf, then we may only refund the product(s) costs excluding the shipping costs. If you need to return an item, please contact us with your details and order number.
