The causes of differing are countless, among them are the following:

1. The differences between people in terms of knowledge and understanding.

2. The fact that the texts are subject to the possibility of differences in regards to words, syntax, construction, context, and so on.” – Excerpt from the book

Muhammad Hayat al-Sindi, the illustrious scholar, muhaddith of Madinah, and teacher of great scholars like Shaykhs Muhammad b. ‘Abd al-Wahhab and Muhammad b. Isma‘il al-San‘ani explains in this treatise, entitled Al-Iqaf ‘ala Sabab al-Ikhtilaf, some of the many reasons why scholars differed over Islamic rulings and issues.

Camel – The Ship of the Desert

Allaah created it with excellent abilities that enable it to walk for long distances over sandy desert hills where there is neither water nor vegetation, and where strong winds and dust storms are frequent. Allaah, the Almighty, enjoined us in the Quran to contemplate on the creation of the camel and ponder over the Omnipotence and Greatness of Allaah in creating this marvelous animal which has amazingly to adapt itself to life in the desert. Allaah Says (which means):

“Do they not look at the camels, how they are created?” (Quran 88: 17)

The first thing that draws our attention when we look at the camel is its strong build, high stature, and the length of its neck. Yet, if we look at it more closely, we will find other wonderful and amazing characteristics.

A Muslim Childs Way of Life by Darussalam

£2.00

We are publishing this book with two purposes in mind. One is to signify the meanings of the statement of Faith, which is Laa ilaaha illallaah; and what position it should hold in our lives. The conditions and the requirements of the statement of Faith are clearly described for our children in such a style that they will grasp it without any difficulty. All the Articles of Faith have been explained to them in a very easy manner. In fact every child gets the clear idea of all the requirements of Faith by reading this book, and this was one aim which has been achieved in a perfect manner. The second aim was to promote healthy extracurricular activities in the school children. Various types of debates, writing competitions and sports produce sound effects both mentally and physically upon the children. They become fluent in expressing themselves through words whether it is by speaking or by writing. Such competitions increase the thinking capabilities of the children, making them creative and expressive.

Allah Commands Us to Make Dua

£2.00

Praying to Allah and making supplications to Him are a necessary part of every act of worship. In fact, the Prophet, said that prayers are the worship itself, or to be exact, the main part of it.

Allah likes that His creatures worship Him and pray to Him, because the worship and the prayers are the physical and practical way of declaring our faith and creed that Allah alone has created us and only He is to be worshiped.
Allah has prescribed for us the ways and acts of worship. As Allah does not burden His creatures more than they could bear, the prescribed acts of worship are the minimum one should perform. But to get nearer to Allah and to attain His Pleasure, we should do something more than the prescribed acts. In this regard the prayers and supplications are the most easy acts of worship for us to adopt. We are fortunate that the Prophet has guided us about how to pray and has taught us the supplications we should make on various occasions.

In this book, the emphasis is on the style so that the children can easily understand the significance of prayers and supplications. All these are taken from the Qur’an and the authentic books of Hadeeths.

May Allah guide us all and keep us on the straight path of Islam, protect us from the evil whispers of Satan, make easy for us all the acts of worship and help us – attain righteousness.

The Sciences Of The Quran

£2.00

All praises are due unto Allah, and peace and blessings be upon the Messenger of Allah, Muhammad, and upon his family, and all of his Companions. Thus to proceed:

This is an introduction concerning the Noble Qur’an. It is intended to present writings about the stories in the Noble Qur’an. In this writing we would like to discuss the Qur’an itself: Defining it, describing it, discussing its virtue, when it was revealed, and how it was revealed. Also we will discuss why it was revealed in separate parts, who compiled it, how it was compiled, and when was it compiled. Then we will discuss its distinguished characteristics, its many facets, its miracles, and other related discussions.

We have intended in this introductory study of the Qur’an to show the student its mistaken understandings, and to guide the Muslim youth towards the correct understanding of the Qur’an and its related aspects. It also has not evaded us that we should point out the wisdom of expounding upon the Qur’anic stories in the Qur’an. This is so that we can stop at the thresholds of the Qur’anic stories with an understanding of this book (the Qur’an) which holds these stories between its covers.
It is Allah, the Most High, Who I ask to make this matter easy for us, and that He make possible that this pen be from the pens of Islamic struggle that defend the religion of Islam, and spread every valuable aspect of the religion.
Allah is the One Who we seek help from, and He is behind our every good intention.

THOSE WHO REMEMBER ALLAH HAVE SURPASSED OTHER

£2.00

he virtues and benefits of remembering Allah and supplicating to Him are described in the booklet from the writings of sheikh Ibn Baz. This book is a very short book which explains the merits and virtue of the remembrance [dikr] of Allah. One can read it in one setting in less than an hour. The first half of the book references verses from the Quran to explain the virtue of “dikr” of Allah. The second half of the book references ahadiths to explain the same. At the end of the book there are some ahadiths with duaa’s taught by our Prophet [PBUH] to his companions. The arabic print is very good with harakath and can be read very easily. Over all this book will be an excellent addition to a person’s collection of islamic books and will also make a nice inexpensive gift. I recommend it highly.

Means of Standing Firm In Islam

£2.25

Means of Standing Firm In Islam:

Steadfastness in the religion of Allaah is a basic requirement for every sincere Muslim who wants to follow the Straight Path with determination and understanding. The present situation of the societies in which Muslims live, the types of temptation to which they are painfully exposed and the kinds of whims and desires, doubts and confusion which have caused religion to become something strand, so that those who adhere to it are religion is like one who holds on to a burning coal.

Anyone who has a brain will not doubt that Muslims today need the means of steadfastness more than their predecessors among the Salaf did, and that the effort required is greater, because of the corruption of out times, and the scarcity and weakness of brothers and supporters who could help. The Prophet (saw) gave an example of the heart, ‘The heart (qalb) takes its name from its constant changes (taqalluban alteration, variation, ups and downs). The likeness of heart is that a feather at the root of a tree, being turned over and over by the wind.’ As a later poet said, ‘He is only called insaan (man) because of his nasyaan (forgetfulness). And it is only al-qalb (the heart) because it constantly varies (yataqalib).’

Making the one stand firm who is tossed about by the winds of doubt and confusion is a serious matter, which needs tremendous means as benefits the seriousness and difficulty of the task at hand. It is part of Allaah’s mercy towards us that He has shown to us, in His Book and through the words and life of His Prophet (saw) many ways of being steadfast in Islaam.

However, their love and care were substituted with the love and care of his uncle, Aboo Talib. Aboo Taalib loved him and took care of him as his own. The poor orphan would not leave Aboo Talib’s side, even accompanying him on one of his trade expeditions to Syria. It is on this journey that we notice the signs of prophethood unfolding. The Ruling on Abandoning The Prayer by Shaykh Salih al-Uthaymin

£2.50

THE RULING ON ABANDONING THE PRAYER :

Indeed, many Muslims nowadays have let their prayers be lost, to the extent that some of them abandon all of the prayers out of negligence. So due to this issue, which is one of the major issues which many people have been put to trial with nowadays, and the difference of opinion concerning it amongst the scholars of this nation and its leaders, both old and new, I wished to write about it that which was easy, summarising the speech concerning it, into two sections: The first: Concerning the ruling upon the one who abandons the prayer The second: Concerning the implications of apostasy due to abandoning the prayer or other than that.
