تناول فيه فضيلة الشيخ رحمه الله مواضع من كتاب (شرح العقيدة الطحاوية) لابن أبي العز الحنفي (ت792هـ) بالتعليق والتقرير لعقيدة السلف الصالح في أسماء الله الحسنى وصفاته العلى، وذلك ضمن الدروس الجامعية التي ألقاها في كلية الشريعة وأصول الدين بجامعة الإمام محمد بن سعود الإسلامية بالقصيم، وقد سجل منها عدة شروح، واعتمد في الإعداد الشرح الأشمل، كما ألحقت إليه الفوائد والزوائد الموجودة في الشروح الأخرى.
