أملى الشافعي كتابه الأم على تلاميذه في مصر بما وصل إليه رأيه في آخر حياته ويعبر عن المسائل بأنها مذهب الشافعي الجديد, وكتاب الأم قمة مؤلفات الشافعي في الفقه، ويفتتح فيه الكتب والأبواب بآية أو حديث ليعتبره أصلا لما سيذكره من أحكام ثم يسرد أحكام المذهب بما يتسم بالجزالة والعمق ويجعل الأصل في استنباط الأحكام الكتاب والسنة، فإن لم يجد دليلا لجأ إلى القياس والاجتهاد، وجعل الشافعي كتابه الرسالة كالمقدمة للأم ثم ألحق بالأم جملة كتب في الخلاف والفقه المقارن، وطبع على هامشها مختصر المزني – وكتاب اختلاف الحديث.
كتاب الأم أو (المبسوط برواية الربيع) كما يسميه ابن النديم، كتاب جمع بين دفتيه تراث الشافعي برمته، حسب رواية الربيع، بما في ذلك (الرسالة) كما يذكر ابن النديم، حيث عدها في مقدمة الكتب التي اشتمل عليها (الأم) .

Free Returns for 30 Days
We accept returns of unopened/unused items within 30 days of delivery. Faulty, damaged or unusable items on delivery will be fully refunded and we will be responsible for all the postage costs in the process.
