يحتوي هذا الكتاب على تفسير سورة (فصلت)، أوضح فيه فضيلة الشيخ رحمه الله ما في هذه السورة من بيان حال الأمم السابقة كعاد وثمود، وبيان عاقبة تكذيبهم وعنادهم، وما فيها من الحديث عن القرآن الكريم، وما فيها من تثبيت النبي صلى الله عليه وسلم، وبيان ما عليه المشركون من باطل وضلال، وقد اعتمد رحمه الله تعالى في تفسيره لهذه السورة (تفسير الجلالين) وناقش ما احتواه، وتناول معاني الآيات وأحكامها، واستنبط منها الفوائد الغزيرة، وقد كان هذا التفسير ضمن دروس ألقاها فضيلة الشيخ في جامعه بعنيزة صباحًا أثناء الإجازات الصيفية
