It is well known to every Muslim what lies in studying the Sirah of the Prophet (Sallalahu alaihi Wassalam) of great benefits, blessed effects, and huge fruits which are produced in the Muslims wordly life as well as the hereafter.

His Sirah (Sallalahu alaihi Wassalam) is the most brilliant Siral to purify the hearts of the believing servants. It is the Sirah of the leader of the pious, the model example for all of mankind, leader of all the children of Adam.

Studying his Sirahis is a study of the Sirah of the one whom Allah (Subahnahu wa Talah) has made as an example for His servants. As Allah (Subahnahu wa Tala says,)

“Indeed, in the Messenger of Allah (Muhammad Sallalahu alaihi Wassalam) you have a good example to follow for him who hopes in (the Meeting with Allah and the Last Day and remembers Allah much.” [Surah al-Ahzab 33:21]

It deepens love for him in the heart and spreads it. The Prophet (Sallalahu alaihi Wassalam) said,

“None of you truly believes until I am more beloved to him than his child, his father, and all the people.”

The Sirah of the Prophet (Sallalahu alaihi Wassalam) has a great impact on the servant with regards to actualize emulating him (Sallalahu alaihi Wassalam). Mainly because emulating him (Sallalahu alaihi Wassalam) is a branch of knowledge from his guidance and learning of his Sirah (Sallalahu alaihi Wassalam.)

The People of knowledge, old and contemporary, have suthored proses and compositions. Some of which are abridged and some are estensive. Amongthese writings which were intended to concise, without being expansive and exaggerated. So that it will be an introduction and key for the beginner to expand in its path of this blessed knowledge.
