Description from the publisher:
The I Love Arabic Series comes to you from expert language teachers living in over 41 European countries. It focuses on teaching the Arabic language to non-native speakers, especially benefiting those who have little time to commit to Arabic throughout the weekdays, and makes learning easy by covering several educational levels: Kindergarten level for ages 3-5 years old and levels 1-6 for ages 6-11 years old. Three systematic divisions (sounds, words and syntactical structure, and conversational practices) enable the learner to generate language accurately in a variety of highly successful modern techniques. These focus sections present the Arabic language clearly and inclusively to meet the needs of Western learners. This curriculum develops fluency by communication, discovery, realization, and then application. It helps Arabic learners to deal confidently with Arabic culture, plus different types of reading and listening passages: Reading techniques are developed through the study of a wide selection of authentic reading passages, including classic Arabic without concentration on spoken dialect. Regular vocabulary exercises examine word building techniques. Careful balances of authentic and scripted listening materials build confidence whilst offering the ability to communicate with native Arabic speakers. A presentation of Arabic culture patterns help Western children to connect with their Arabic speaking peers in other parts of the world. Student Textbook: The student text is the first step of I Love Arabic Series (from 6 years old) and is supported by a comprehensive workbook, handwriting book, and teacher case. The text is comprised of 14 units discussing critical issues of a child’s world. Each unit is divided accordingly: Reading Dialogue: Simple and short passages comprising linguistic structures of sounds, vocabulary, expressions, and syntax structures, aim to facilitate learning by teaching the language process and communication. Reading Comprehension: Exercises aimed at determining the level of children’s comprehension for the meaning of dialogue expressions. Vocabulary: Vocabulary words are taken directly from reading dialogue. They are combined with graphics to further student understanding and sensory perception. Conversation: Conversational exercises encourage students to participate in classroom activities, apply reading material within dialogue, and ultimately become fluent speakers. Sounds: The Arabic language is introduced sound by sound to avoid difficulties that students may encounter while learning letters with similar appearance or sound. Workbook: The patterns of exercises include: Listening Comprehension: Exercises aimed at determining the level of children’s comprehension for new vocabularies through out determine the position of letter sound and circle it. Vocabulary: New vocabulary is listed to help with student memorization. Reading: to read the new letters, words then expressions gradually. Writing: Students practice writing letters and then joining them to become words. Illustrations help students to visualize words. llustrated Dictionary: An illustrated dictionary appears at the end of the workbook and includes word sets found throughout the lessons making memorization easy. Handwriting Book: Students practice writing Arabic letters, words, and then expressions. Teacher Case: Consists of: Teacher Guide: Tips on efficient teaching practices. Posters to be used as classroom visual aids Audio tapes

The Sciences Of The Quran
£2.00All praises are due unto Allah, and peace and blessings be upon the Messenger of Allah, Muhammad, and upon his family, and all of his Companions. Thus to proceed:
This is an introduction concerning the Noble Qur’an. It is intended to present writings about the stories in the Noble Qur’an. In this writing we would like to discuss the Qur’an itself: Defining it, describing it, discussing its virtue, when it was revealed, and how it was revealed. Also we will discuss why it was revealed in separate parts, who compiled it, how it was compiled, and when was it compiled. Then we will discuss its distinguished characteristics, its many facets, its miracles, and other related discussions.
We have intended in this introductory study of the Qur’an to show the student its mistaken understandings, and to guide the Muslim youth towards the correct understanding of the Qur’an and its related aspects. It also has not evaded us that we should point out the wisdom of expounding upon the Qur’anic stories in the Qur’an. This is so that we can stop at the thresholds of the Qur’anic stories with an understanding of this book (the Qur’an) which holds these stories between its covers.
It is Allah, the Most High, Who I ask to make this matter easy for us, and that He make possible that this pen be from the pens of Islamic struggle that defend the religion of Islam, and spread every valuable aspect of the religion.
Allah is the One Who we seek help from, and He is behind our every good intention.

Essential Questions and Answers on the Salafee Methodology
£7.50In this time of political turmoil and social upheavals, many sects claim to follow the way of the Salaf, yet their actions and what they call to are contrary to what the Salaf were upon. They entice the people with rhetoric, calling them to misguidance, leading them to the Hellfire. Thus it is imperative that the Muslim arms himself with knowledge, knowledge of what Salafiyyah is and the ability to recognise who the true Salafees really are. Shaykh Saalih al-Fowzaan clarifies this subject by answering 64 questions, some dealing with contemporary issues that affect the Muslims today and others emphasizing the distinguishing traits of Salafiyyah. Although many of the questions deal with contemporary matters, the Shaykh answers them by referring back to the Book, the Sunnah and the way of the Salaf, reminding the reader of the statement of the Prophet (sallallaahu ‘alayhi wa sallam): “Upon you is to keep to my Sunnah and the Sunnah of the rightly-guided Caliphs, hold tightly to that, and clamp down on that tightly with your back molar teeth.

The Effects Of Fitan By Shaykh Abdur-Razzaaq Bin Abdul Muhsin Al-Badr
£5.99The Effects Of Fitan
By Shaykh Abdur-Razzaaq Bin Abdul Muhsin Al-Badr
Translator: Aboo Sulaymaan Muhammad ‘Abdul Azim ibn Joshua Baker
Shaykh ‘Abdur Razzaaq Bin ‘Abdul-Muhsin Al-Badr, may Allaah preserve him, expounds on the effects caused by Fitnah.
Excerpt from the book:
“How can one be on guard from what he does not know to be on guard from?!”
He who does not know Fitan; and does not know its effects, outcomes, and customs perhaps he will fall into some of it and be stained with it, and it harms his life; then after that what reached him of regret overtakes him.
Knowing the effects of Fitan serves as a great benefit for the servant, and is useful to him as a tremendous benefit because it is from examining outcomes and consequences of matters.
This is considered to be from the servant’s sound judgment. Meaning, that before he gives priority to a matter he examines its outcome and effects.

SINS AND THEIR PUNISHMENT (Tarbiyyah Publications)
£8.50SINS AND THEIR PUNISHMENT BY IMAM IBN QAYYIM AL-JAWZIYYAH
What you have before you is a marvelous work from the Imaam, the scholar, who was known as Ibnul-Qayyim al-Jawziyyah. He was born Muhammad ibn Aboo Bakr ibn Ayyoob az-Zar’ee ad-Dimashqee, ash-Shamsud-Deen ibn Qayyim al-Jawziyyah (691 AH-751 A.H). He was born in a town near Damascus, Syria.
He was raised in a house of knowledge and he began his studies with his father. Then he went on to study in Damascus and from there he became a student under Ibn Taymiyyah in 712 AH. He remained with Ibn Taymiyyah until the death of his teacher in 728 AH. For those 16 years, he assisted his teacher in defending the Sunnah and was jailed with his teacher on more than one occasion.
He did not show preference towards any particular Madhab; rather he had a firm inclination towards the Sunnah, and he firmly defended the ‘Aqeedah and way of the Salafus-Saalih.
Ibnul Qayyim was a sea of knowledge, as shown by his many monumental works as well as by the students he had under his tutelage.
The Imaam wrote many books, known for touching the heart of those who read them thereby giving those who were entranced in his writings a deeper understanding of their purpose.
Some of his well known students were Imaam adh-Dhahabee, Imaam Ibn Kathir, Imaam al-Haafidh Ibn Rajiab, May Allaah bless them all.

Divine Triumph: Explanatory Notes On The Book Of Tawheed

The principle of Tawheed is the fundamental principle of Islam on which all other principles, rules and pillars are based. The aspect of Tawheed emanates from the Shahada ‘There is no deity worthy of worship except Allah and Muhammad is His servant and Messenger’. It is this declaration that forms the dividing line between Iman (belief) and Kufr (disbelief).

The Signposts Of The Propagated Sunnah
£10.00The Signposts Of The Propagated Sunnah:
This (book) is a beneficial and important summary, great in benefit, abundant in advantages. It includes the basic principles of the religion and the foundation of Tawheed which the Messenger called to and for which the (divine) books were revealed. And there is no success for the one who worships Allaah with other than it (Tawheed).
It shows and guides towards traversing the clear shining path and the manifest methodology of truth. In it, I have explained the issues of Eemaan (faith), its characteristics and what eradicates all of it or negates its perfection. I have mentioned every issue accompanied by its evidences so that it becomes clear and so that its reality reveals itself. I have restricted myself to the way of Ahlus-Sunnah and the people of Ittibaa (following) and have left out the saying of the people of desires and innovation, since they are not mentioned except to refute them and to shoot the arrow of the Sunnah at them.
I have arranged it in question form so that the student awakens and pays attention. Then I have followed (each question) up with an answer by which the issue is made clear and in which there is no doubt. And indeed, he (Shaikh Haafidh) has recorded in it that which is from the science of the pure Islamic Tawheed which no male or female Muslim is able to be without, in understanding it and acting upon it.

The Fiqh Madhhab Of Ahl ul-Hadith – The Legitimacy Of Its Features
£6.00The Fiqh Madhhab Of Ahl ul-Hadith – The Legitimacy Of Its Features:
Ahl ul-Hadith have a Madhhab which is mentioned within the books; it is a Madhhab which has distinguishing characteristics and particularities. Between it and the Madhhab of the fuqaha (jurists), and the Dhahiri Madhhab, are signs which are hidden from some students. There are indications, and are actually clear texts, within the hadith and narrations, which contain a clear mention of the Madhhab of Ahl ul-Hadith. The Madhhab of Ahl ul-Hadith and the Madhhab of Ahl us-Sunnah, the Madhhab Ahl ul-Athar, is the Salafi Madhhab. ‘Salafiyyah’ and ‘Ahl ul-Hadith’ are two synonymous terms, however the terms ‘Ahl ul-Hadith’ and ‘Ahl us-Sunnan’ are relayed in some Prophetic texts and in some narrations from the Companions and the Successors. As for fiqh, then it is not merely babbling the statements of others and then elaborating on them, rather fiqh is to achieve the truth which Allah loves.

The Fundamentals of Tawheed
£9.00 – £12.00The Fundamentals of Tawheed :
Tawheed, the belief in the Oneness of ALLAH, is the core of the Islamic faith. Humans, as the designated vicegerents of ALLAH on earth, have been ordered to put this belief into practice in every aspect of life. Without tawheed, our actions and worship would be rendered null and void.
This is an awful truth, but one that we must realize so that we can correct the basis of what we think, say, and do, in order to receive the hoped-for rewards and to avoid a terrible punishment. Dr. Philips gives us the information necessary to recognize the practices that go against tawheed so that we may change any mistaken patterns of thought or behavior and approach ALLAH in the way that He loves and wants from us.

MISKAT AL-MASABIH: THE NICHE OF LAMPS (DKI)
£59.99The Complete Set of the Celebrated and Much Studied Collection Of Hadith, Arabic Text with English Translation
Complete English Translation of the Mishkat al Masabih which surpasses other currently available translation such as the well known AL HADITH: English Translation & Commentary Mishkat ul Masabih By Maulana Fazlul Karim and The Partial Translation Mishkat-ul-Masabih: Arabic- English, in 3 Volumes By Abdul Hamid Siddiqui .
The Mishkat has enjoyed wide popularity in the world of Islamic learning Since 516 AH when it was first compiled by Waliuddin Abu Abdullah Mahmud Al-Tabrizi.
Mishkat al-Masabih which means A Niche for Lamps is an expanded version of Masabih al-Sunnah by Abu Muammad ibn Abdullah Khatib Al-Tabrizi (d. 741H) who was known as Muhyi As-Sunnah (Reviver of the Sunnah). Al-Tabrizi added to it the chains of transmission, the narrators and the authenticity of the Hadith. Thus making it more beneficial to those not having an advanced knowledge of the science of hadith.
The Collection is divided into twenty-nine books (kutub) and each book is divided into several chapters (abwab). Thereafter each chapter is further divided into three sections (fasl).
The Mishkat has enjoyed wide popularity in the world of Islamic learning Since 516 AH when it was first compiled by Al-Tabrizi. Most of the Hadith are from the Sahih Sitta. (the six Authentic Hadith Books).
Waliuddin Abu Abdullah Mahmud Al-Tabrizi was a renown muhaddith (scholar of Hadith) of his time. He was well-versed in the intricacies of the Arabic language and rhetorics. It is unfortunate, however, that not much is known about his life. Al-Tabrizi is to be commanded for successfully improving upon Al-Baghawi’s Masabih al-Sunnah.
If you want just only one Collection of Hadith, then this must the one.
O you who have believed, obey Allah and obey the Messenger and those in authority among you. And if you disagree over anything, refer it to Allah and the Messenger, if you should believe in Allah and the Last Day. That is the best [way] and best in result. TM Qur’an 4:59

Life and the Times of the Messengers
£12.95LIFE AND TIMES OF THE MESSENGERS:
The exact number of prophets and messengers sent by Allah is not known, but the Qur’an makes clear that all of the prophets were sent to various nations to preach Islamic monotheism. Muslims believe that all the Divine Messengers ? including those in common with Judaism and Christianity ? conveyed the same message of true monotheism and submission to the one God, Allah. Belief in these prophets and messengers is an essential part of the Islamic faith and Muslims do not differentiate between them, according them all the same respect and reverence.

Tajweed Rules For Qur’anic Recitation by Hafs Al Gazzi
£7.00For every letter of the Qur’an that a Muslim recites, s/he is rewarded ten times over. This immense reward for such a seemingly simple task emphasizes the importance of learning how to recite the Qur’an. Tajweed Rules for Qur’anic Recitation: A Beginner’s Guide aims to give the reader the necessary tools to properly recite the Qur’an according to the manner in which the Prophet Muhammad (sa) recited it.
To set the stage for learning the proper Qur’anic recitation, or tajweed, the history of the Qur’an is briefly discussed from its revelation to its compilation. In addition, the history of the Science of Tajweed is touched upon, in order to move the reader into the rules of Qur’anic recitation. With the beginning learner in mind, the rules are detailed in a simple yet clear manner. Each new rule is elucidated with examples from the Qur’an for learners to apply to their recitation.
Although an audio recording is included to demonstrate the correct pronunciation of these rules, it is highly recommended to use this book in conjunction with a teacher versed in the rules of Qur’anic recitation. Together, the book and the audio recording furnish the reader with the basic knowledge necessary for proper Qur’anic recitation. Tajweed Rules for Qur’anic Recitation: A Beginner’s Guide is an essential learning tool for anyone seeking to gain proficiency in tajweed.

The Creed of Ibn Abi Zayd Al-Qayrawani
£10.00The Creed of Ibn Abi Zayd Al-Qayrawani :
The Creed Of Ibn Abi Zayd Al-Qayrawani By Imaam Abu Muhammad Abdullah Ibn Abi Zayd Al Qayrawani The author was asked to write a short treatise on the fundamentals of belief and creed of Ahlus Sunnah Wal Jamaah. This work was written in response to that request, wherein the author explains the obligatory aspects of Islam, those that should be pronounced by the tongue, believed in the heart, acted upon the limbs and acts of Sunnah related to the foundations of faith. – This detailed work covers many aspects of faith, jurisprudence and character. It commences with belief in Allah, His Names and Attributes and the applied principles in understanding them. It also discusses the Quran, seeing Allah, punishment of the grave and events that will occur therein, the Divine Decree, companions of Allah’s messenger and other important aspects of faith. He calls to following the way of the Salaf and adhering to the knowledge and guidance they left for the community. – Creed is not just mere code of belief but it has a practical role, which translates into qualities, characteristics and actions that every Muslim must adhere to and accompany. When writing this tract the author has kept the young and mature in mind, hence keeping the work very simple to read and understand – placing it ideally as an educational textbook. Knowing the creed of Ahlus Sunnah Wal Jamaah is compulsory for every Muslim, learning and memorising it is also an important aspect of this pristine faith. – Imam Ibn Abi Zayd Al-Qayrawani was a leading imam and an Islamic scholar from North Africa. He was an exegete and a jurist who was known as ‘little Malik’ because of his vast knowledge and expertise in the Maliki school of fiqh. He authored over thirty works on various Islamic disciplines. Imam al-Dhahabi said of him, “He, may Allah have mercy on him, was upon the way of the pious predecessors concerning the fundamentals of Islam”. He was very pious, deeply religious and steadfast in his adherence to the Sunnah.

The Fiqh Is not Based on any Madhad or School of thaught.
He was from the Zaydi school of law originally, and called for a return to the textual sources of the Quran and hadith. He viewed himself as a mujtahid, or authority to whom others in the Muslim community had to defer in details of religious law. Of his work issuing fatwas, ash-Shawkani stated ‘I acquired knowledge without a price and I wanted to give it thus. Part of the fatwa-issuing work of many noted scholars typically is devoted to the giving of ordinary opinions to private questioners. Ash-Shawkani refers both to his major fatwas, which were collected and preserved as a book, and to his “shorter” fatwas, which he said “could never be counted” and which were not recorded.
He is credited with developing a series of syllabi for attaining various ranks of scholarship and used a strict system of legal analysis based on Sunni thought. He insisted that a jurists who wanted to be a mujtahid fī’l-madhhab (a scholar who is qualified to exercise ijtihad within a school of Islamic law), was required to do ijtihad, which stemmed from his opposition to taqlid for a mujtahid.
Despite his Shiite background, he is regarded by many as a revivalist and has influenced contemporary Islamic movements in the Muslim world such as the Ahl-i Hadith and Salafi Movement . His legal decisions and discussions are frequently used in contemporary debate among Muslim scholars.
Allama Shawkani died in the year 1255 A.H.
Explanation of a Summary of al-‘Aqeedatul-Hamawiyyah Of Ibn Taymiyyah
£13.00Explanation of a Summary of al-‘Aqeedatul-Hamawiyyah Of Ibn Taymiyyah:
One of the works on this subject is his (Ibn Taymiyyah’s) “al-Fatwaa al-Hamawiyyah” which he wrote as an answer to a question presented to him in the Hijrah year of 698 from Hamaah, a place in ash-Shaam. In it, he was asked what the scholars and Imaams of the religion say concerning the Aayaat and the Ahaadeeth of the Sifaat, or the attributes and characteristics of Allaah. So he answered in about 83 pages and due to which, he suffered trials and afflictions. May Allaah reward him on behalf of Islaam and the Muslims with the best of rewards.
Allaah has sent Muhammad (Sallallaahu ‘alayhi wa Sallam) with guidance and the true religion. He sent him as a mercy to the world, as an example for the workers, and as a proof against all the servants. He (Muhammad) fulfilled the trust, conveyed the message, advised the Ummah, and he clarified for the people all of what they need regarding the foundations of their religion as well as its detailed matters. He left no good except that he clarified it and encouraged it, and he left no evil but that he warned the Ummah from it so much so that he left his Ummah upon a clear, white path – its night as clear as its day. His companions traversed this path, shining and radiant.
Afterwards, the best generations took it from them in the same state until oppression frowned upon them with the darkness of various innovations by which the innovators conspired against Islaam and its people. The people then wandered in confusion purposelessly, and they began building their ‘Aqeedah beliefs upon a spider’s web.
However, the Lord upholds His religion with His close helpers upon whom He bestows Eemaan, knowledge, and wisdom by which they prevent these enemies. They repel their plot back against their own throats. So no one ever comes out with his innovation except that Allaah – and for this deserves praise and thanks – destines to send someone from Ahlus-Sunnah who refutes and disproves his innovation and extinguishes it.
He has many works on the clarification and explanation of the Sunnah, the reinforcement of its pillars, and the destruction of innovations.
One of the works on this subject is his “al-Fatwaa al-Hamawiyyah” which he wrote as an answer to a question presented to him in the Hijrah year of 698 from Hamaah, a place in ash-Shaam.
Due to the difficulty in understanding and comprehending this answer from many readers, I wanted to summarize the most important points from it along with some other needed additions. I have named it “Fathu Rabb-il-Bariyyah bi-Talkhees al-Hamawiyyah.”
I first published it in the Hijrah year 1380. I am now publishing it a second time and perhaps changing what I see beneficial of additions or deletions.

SHARH USOOL E`TIQAAD AHLE SUNNAH WAL JAMA`A (5 VOLUMES)-
