I mentioned throughout this treatise matters related to Religion and its textual evidence. I have done this to shed light, manifest its true meaning, and make its correct path distinct.
In addition, I limited this treatise to the methodology of Ahlus-Sunnah. Idid not include the false and erroneous statements of the people of desires and innovations, as if those statements were only cited to refute them and cast the arrows of the Sunnah against them. I have arranged this treatise in question to awaken the student and alert him. I followed the question with its answer that illustrates the subject matter clearly and leaves no room for vagueness or doubt. I entitled it, ‘Distinctive Characteristics in the Propagated Sunnah: Defining the Aqidah of the Saved & Victorious Sect.’
I ask Alläh to make this (treatise) sincerely for His Exalted Face. May He benefit us, as a blessing and virtue, by what He taught us and use what we learn from it. Verily, Alläh is All-Powerful and All-Capable of all things (i.e., befitting His Malesty). He is Most Subtle and All-Aware of His servants. To Alläh is the firi return and abode. £100.00“كتاب الأم” هو موسوعة إسلامية فقهية، ثمل جماع مذهب الإمام الشافعي وأحكامه النهائية، وضعه الشافعي في مصر إملاءً، بعد أن استراح من السفر واستقر في مصر، ولم يغادرها. فالكتاب يمثل خلاصة أفكاره التي نضجت واستقرت، فكأنه قراءة جديدة وضرورية لجملة الآراء التي اعتنقها في مكة وبغداد، ورأى بحكم التجربة والتأمل الطويلين ضرورة تعبير وإسقاط الكثير منها.
فالكتاب بهذا المعنى يمثل ما استقر عليه الشافعي في فقهه واجتهاده في مسائل الشريعة. جمع فيه الكتب والرسائل التي وضعها أثناء تجواله الطويل، وقبل استقراره بمصر، ثم أملى ذلك كله على تلميذ الربيع بن سليمان. وتوحي التسمية “الأم”، بأن الكتاب يجمع ما انتهى إليه فقه الشافعي. وإن كل طالب فقه وعلم وتفسير.. يعود غليه فيجده عنده الأم التي تعين أبناءها في فهم أمور دينهم، والعقائد، والعبادات، والمعاملات والحدود… وترشدهم إلى طريق الخير والصواب.
استفاد الشافعي من منهج أبي حنيفة في ترتيب أبواب الأم، فأبو حنيفة يبدأ بالطهارة وكذلك الشافعي في الأم. وتلي الطهارة أبواب الصلاة عند أبي حنيفة والشافعي لأن المسلم أول ما يطالب به الصلاة، التي هي أخص العبادات والفرق بين المسلم والكافر ترك الصلاة، ولا صلاة بدون طهور، لذا كانت الطهارة الممهد والمدخل إلى الصلاة.
يتألف كتاب الأم من أبواب يسمى كل باب كتاباً: كتاب الطهارة، كتاب الصلاة: الصلوات الخمس، صلاة الجمع صلاة العيدين، صلاة الكسوف، صلاة الخوف، صلاة الاستسقاء صلاة الجنائز، كتاب الأذان، كتاب الزكاة… وهكذا، وأجمع المؤرخون أن كتاب الأم هو من رواية الربيع بن سليمان المرادي وسماعه، وهو عالم جليل، صدوق، وثقة
