The subject of inheritance is crucial to the life of human beings since the first people died on the earth.

this subject was always affected to much by the person authorized to judge among those who may inherit.

we the Muslims, Believe that the Islamic legislation held by prophet Mohammad (pbuh) still-and will be forever kept from falsification and distortions because Allah told that the Qur’an will be forever kept from any falsification and distortions; therefore, the legislation included in quran will be accordingly kept.

This book contains explanation and exampl;es of the most important and highly controversial issues related to the rules of inheritance in Islam. It contains also highlights on the calculation of imposed shares and extensions of inheritance problem to produce a key for the reader to enter a certain problem of inheritance. In order to provide a kind of easy and fast access to the shear division of  a certain situation, the book includes a block diagram for the relations of theirs to the dead before a simple table showing how to divide the heritage among the available heirs to a reasonable degree of accuracy.
